1. Description of Services and Products
Radiology Reports
- Interpretations of CBCT, panoramic, and other dental radiographs by oral and maxillofacial radiologists. Reports include diagnostic impressions and are delivered digitally via a secure, HIPAA-compliant online portal within 2–4 business days from submission of complete case data. Cases may be rushed for an added fee.
Surgical Guides
- Custom 3D-printed or digitally delivered guides for implant surgery, created from clinician-submitted CBCT and intraoral scans. Physical guides are shipped (shipping fees included) and STL files are sent electronically via the HIPAA-compliant portal. Turnaround is typically 10 business days depending on case complexity. Cases may be rushed for an added fee.
Consulting Services
- Case reviews, practice strategy, AI project guidance, and expert opinions on radiographic findings. Engagements are scoped via contract and scheduled based on mutual availability.
Continuing Education
- Non-accredited dental CE courses delivered via on-demand platforms or live webinars. Materials, completion certificates, and access credentials are provided digitally.
- We do not offer physical goods beyond optional surgical guide shipment. Colors, materials, and 3D print information will be detailed on a case-by-case basis when applicable.

3. Fulfillment
Radiology Reports
- Radiology reports are delivered within 2–4 business days after receiving all necessary DICOM files and relevant clinical information. Cases can be rushed for an added fee.
- Reports are securely transmitted via secure, HIPAA-compliant online portal access.
Surgical Guides
- Fulfillment begins upon receipt of complete CBCT data, intraoral scans, and required planning documentation.
- Turnaround time is typically 10 business days, depending on case complexity. Cases can be rushed for an added fee.
- Surgical guides are delivered by physical shipment (shipping fees included) or digitally in STL format if requested.
Consulting Services
- Consulting services are scheduled based on mutual availability, confirmed in writing.
- Reports, reviews, and recommendations are delivered in accordance with the agreed project scope and timeline.
Continuing Education
- Access to online courses, materials, and completion certificates is provided digitally.
- Live events are delivered according to the published schedule, with credentials shared in advance.
4. Refunds
Radiology Reports & Surgical Guides
- Once interpretation or guide design has begun, fees are non-refundable.
- If a case is canceled before review or design work, a full refund may be issued.
- If an error occurs in delivery or a quality concern arises, we will revise and reissue the product at no additional cost.
Consulting Services
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
- Missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- If deliverables are not fulfilled as agreed, refunds or partial credits may be issued at our discretion.
Continuing Education
- Refunds for live or virtual events are available if canceled 7 days before the course date.
- No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days.
- On-demand courses are non-refundable once access is provided.

Regulatory Limitations
All services provided by Dental Imaging Diagnostics comply with applicable laws and regulations within the jurisdictions in which we are authorized to practice. It is the responsibility of the requesting clinician or entity to ensure our services are used in compliance with their local licensing, regulatory, and privacy requirements. We reserve the right to decline service if regulatory constraints prevent lawful fulfillment.
Professional Liability & Surgical Guides
Surgical guides are designed based on the data and treatment planning information provided by the clinician. While we take great care to ensure accuracy, final responsibility for surgical outcomes, guide placement, and surgical execution lies solely with the operating clinician. These guides are adjunctive tools and do not replace clinical judgment or surgical expertise. Dental Imaging Diagnostics disclaims any liability for clinical complications, patient outcomes, or misuse of the guide.
6. Promotions
All promotional offers or discounts will clearly state:
- Eligibility
- Duration
- Any recurring billing terms or automatic renewal
- Restrictions or exclusions
